Below, we present our language pricing groups. Our goal — and guiding principle in preparing translation offers — is to provide competitive rates tailored to your needs.
These rates are indicative, as once we analyze the files you send, our offer is always better than a simple calculation based on text volume and language group.
We invite you to send us your files for a free quote!
Individual pricing depends on factors such as:

The most important component of a translation cost is the rate per standard page for the target language. We've grouped languages with similar pricing into categories.
Below we provide indicative starting rates for each language group. This price list is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer as defined by Article 66 §1 of the Civil Code.
For standard, technical, and specialized translations, one standard page equals 1,500 characters (including spaces). The above translation rates are net prices per standard page and are subject to an additional 23% VAT.
The listed prices are base rates. If no additional services are required (proofreading, editing, layout formatting, etc.), the final price in our quote is always significantly lower than a simple calculation of number of pages * rate.
Translation cost is determined based on the character count. Our quote is precise, and the client knows the cost before deciding to order the service. The quoted price is final—there are no hidden or additional charges.
The turnaround time for a translation always depends on various factors that differ from case to case. A few pages of simple text can usually be delivered the next day.
If the text is longer, the file format more complex, or if additional proofreading, editing, or integration into newly developed website pages is needed, the turnaround time will be extended.
The fastest way to get information about the price and possible delivery time is by submitting your files via our Quote Request Form.
Technical Translations?
We translate MS Office, FrameMaker, InDesign, and PDF files!
Our translation agency does not charge any additional fees for so-called express service, which means delivering a translation in significantly less time than usual.
However, please note that a much shorter turnaround may require splitting the source text and assigning it to multiple translators.
This is made possible by our dedicated procedures and technologies. Dividing the work among multiple translators allows us to significantly shorten delivery time. At the same time, the translation may contain inconsistencies and variations due to differences in individual translators’ styles.
A terminology unification can be carried out in the final stage. However, this is challenging, rarely perfect, and requires time—the very thing most limited in express projects.
Tasks like preparing text for analysis and quoting, OCR, text and graphic formatting, or transferring content between files are common parts of translation services.
If these tasks require minimal time and effort (relative to the value of the translation), they are typically free of charge. Otherwise, we quote them based on hourly rates and provide a cost before we begin the work.
Certified translations are priced differently from regular translations. They follow different rates and are subject to a distinct standard page definition under the regulation of the Minister of Justice.
The fastest way to get pricing for a certified translation is to send us scanned documents, which we then forward to a sworn translator.
A certified translation, also known as a sworn translation or authenticated translation, is priced by the sworn translator in accordance with the Act on the Profession of Sworn Translator (Journal of Laws 06.107.722).
One standard page of a certified translation is 1125 characters including spaces (25 lines / 45 characters).
The standard page of a certified translation includes all visible characters, such as letters, punctuation marks, numbers, hyphens, and justified spaces between them. Any partial page is considered a full page.
If you already have a completed translation and only need certification and a printed copy, you can have this done by a sworn translator. In such cases, the cost of certification with a certified copy is 50% of the standard certified translation rate.
